Compliance questions
Can I use a certificate from another product?
No. Ask for the file applicable to the selected SKU and destination. Similar appearance does not make two products equivalent.
Is BSCI a toy safety certificate?
No. A social-compliance audit relates to factory working conditions. It does not replace product safety testing.
Do US and EU documents transfer automatically?
No. Requirements and responsible-party obligations differ by market. Confirm the route for the destination before approval.
