Public product information supports a sourcing conversation. The confirmed quotation and written order documents control the transaction.
Business information
Public product pages are for wholesale, OEM, private-label and program discussions. Product images, specifications, prices, MOQ, availability, documents and delivery dates are subject to confirmation for the selected SKU and order.
No online sale
The website does not accept consumer checkout payment or create a purchase contract. A purchase becomes binding only through the agreed quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order and applicable written terms.
Intellectual property and content
Product and brand assets supplied by buyers remain subject to their owners' rights. Buyers must have the right to use any logo, artwork, character or reference they ask to apply to a product or package.
